Appellant claims the District Court erred as a matter of law in determining that his guilty plea, entered into pursuant to a plea agreement, was voluntary and that the District Court abused its discretion in denying his motion for leave to withdraw his guilty plea prior to sentencing under Fed. R. Crim. P. 32(d).
